The Requirements To Be Issued A Confidential Marriage License In the State Of California Are:
No blood test necessary
The couple must appear in person before me
Be at least 18 years of age
Each need only one of the appropriate forms of identification:
A driver's license
A state issued I.D.

Military Service I.D.

If one of the parties have been divorced in the last two years, they must bring their divorce papers with them.

ceremony and issuing of a confidential marriage license. That includes your choice of a contemporary or a non-denominational ceremony,
with the Unity Candle and / or the Rose Ceremony. A ceremony involving children may

Biography
I served in
Japan with the
Japan Bridal Mission as senior Officiant at
The
Nishinagato Wedding Chapel,
Nishinagato Resort Hotel, where I received training
as
a wedding Officiant. I have experiences
that exceed 46 years in business and ministry with over 20 years as a wedding
Officiant, having performed 2500+ wedding ceremonies.
Since 1994 I have been a Notary Public of the state of California authorized by the County of
Los Angeles to issue a License and Certificate of Confidential Marriage.
I hold a degree in pastoral studies, a bachelor's degree in management, and a master's in business. I also hold Certificates of Ordination from North Swansea Church (1957), Japan Bridal Mission (1986), Ikebukuro Grace Church (1986).
My professional experience includes many different areas in ministry, wedding industry, business, international business, cross-cultural relations, and a clergyman in private practice, officiating, and teaching.
